Kids Kung Fu Classes -

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45 - 4:45 PM


Adults Kung Fu Classes -

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 - 9:00 PM


Adults Class has four sections:


  1. Bullet  Kung Fu fitness

6:30 - 7:30 PM

  1. Bullet  KUNG FU FIGHTING AND TACTICS

7:30 - 8:00 PM

  1. Bullet  Lineage Arts of Northern Shaolin and Lan shou

8:00 - 8:30 PM

  1. Bullet  KUNG FU WEAPONS

8:30 - 9:00 PM
