At the end of class on Thursday night we shot a little video of me playing part of Northern Shaolin #1 Enter the Gate.

This is an advanced/expert level form full of kicks and complex hand techniques. Northern Shaolin #1 is fierce and aggressive; constantly attacking with kicks. It is very exciting to practice and perform. Northern Shaolin #1 also gets you in shape for sparring!
