Just thought I would point out that we have a Qi Gong Lessons DVD Sample Clip for you to watch. We are using Vimeo to host our videos now and they look great, also there are no ads! I hope you like this sample clip. I created this program to be the perfect introduction for new students. If you have a friend who is interested in starting Qi Gong this is a great way for them to find out what Qigong and start with simple easy to perform exercises.
