Introducing the Qigong Flow Series

Not every training day is a learning day. Some days you have the energy to focus on a new form, break down a stance, or study the mechanics of a movement. Other days you simply want to move the body, breathe, and let the practice carry you without asking anything else of your attention. We built the Qigong Flow series for that second kind of day.

Why We Built a Flow Series

Most of what’s on the 10,000 Victories platform is instructional — nearly 700 lessons organized to teach you Tai Chi, Qigong, Northern Shaolin, Xingyi Quan, and Bagua Zhang from the ground up. That structure is the backbone of real skill development, and it isn’t going anywhere. But members have told us something we already knew from our own practice: consistency matters more than intensity, and the days you’re too tired to study a new lesson are exactly the days you’re most tempted to skip practice altogether. A flow video removes that friction. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to get wrong — only movement to follow.

What Makes a Flow Video Different From a Regular Lesson

A flow video is a sequence, not a lesson — and each one comes in two formats. Guided flows are led by Sifu Jensen’s voice throughout, cueing each exercise as you move through it. Silent flows carry the same sequence set to music only, with no voice at all, for the days you want to move without anything between you and your own breath. Neither format pauses to explain technique, correct alignment, or introduce new material — you follow the movement, session after session, the way you would move through a form you’ve already internalized. It’s a maintenance day, not a shortcut — a way to keep your practice in motion when your mind doesn’t have the bandwidth to learn.

The New Release: Qi and Blood Qigong Flow

Among the flows available at launch is a 51-minute guided practice designed to build Qi and nourish Blood — the two functions Traditional Chinese Medicine holds responsible for circulation, vitality, and the body’s capacity to recover and stay resilient. The sequence draws on core exercises from the school’s Qigong curriculum, strung together into one continuous practice rather than taught piece by piece.

Drawn from training carried forward through our lineage Grandmasters and taught by Sifu Scott Jensen at 10,000 Victories, each flow reflects decades of refinement, not routines built for a camera. New sessions are added as the series grows — press play, and move.

How to Use It

Treat a flow video the way you’d treat any other day in your practice calendar: as movement, not makeup work. Play it on the days you don’t have the focus for something new, or the days you just need to move your Qi and get back into your body. The Qi and Blood Qigong Flow is live now on the platform, and more flow videos will follow as the series grows.
