Adam Banakus earned a Black Sash in Northern Shaolin 2018 during our Back Sash Graduation event and is a qualified instructor. Banakus specialized in gaining a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the Ten Core Forms of Northern Shaolin. Banakus also specializes in Kwan Dao as his favorite weapon. Adam Banakus is one of my students who has a wonderful transformational story of improving health and blossoming of martial skill. Beginning his studies already having earned Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Praying Mantis Kung Fu Banakus took his skills, health, and physique to an entirely new level with Northern Shaolin.
