In response to growing interest, we’re evolving our Tai Chi Sword training and Push Hands into standalone programs, allowing us to delve deeper into the artistry of sword practice and the delicate game of Push Hands.

Tai Chi Sword Class 2.0
Tai Chi Sword helps take your strength, balance, and body awareness to a new level. It is beautiful and feels great as you perform!
This represents a change from our previous policy of offering sword training as a free add-on to Tai Chi class.

- 46-style Tai Chi Sword Form (From Chen Yun Ching lineage)
- Dragon Phoenix Sword (From Wudang Mountain)
- Weeping Willow Sword (From the art of Baguazhang)
- Liu Family Sword (From the art of Praying Mantis)
- Immortal Yang Sword (Chen Yun Ching Lineage)
- Sword: Bring your own practice sword (with instructor’s approval) or purchase one from 10,000 Victories
- Note: No sharp swords permitted
Tai Chi Push Hands Class
Push Hands is a stand-up grappling game where both players attempt to use their Tai Chi moves to off balance the other. This safe exercise is a great way to improve your Tai Chi practice, especially your stances and balance and to learn practical self-defense skills.
