The legs are the foundation of all of our movements. Keeping our legs healthy and strong is pivotal to remaining active and healthy. In addition, learning a self-cultivation system like the Yijinjing allows you to fine tune your body structure and sequencing of moving the different parts of your body to create highly synergistic and powerful movements effortlessly.

Correct practice of the Yijinjing results in increased leg strength, flexibility and coordination. The Yijinjing specifically strengthens the muscles in your feet, shins, and calves that help maintain the health of your feet and ankles. This increased strength and ability in the legs and feet also improves balance.

In this Yijinjing Qigong Level 3 lesson we look at each of the exercises and dive deep into the fine points of the legs and secrets. This session helps you to understand each moment of the leg’s actions during each of the exercises. This deeper understanding and practice helps to achieve the benefits of Yijinjing on your legs and improve your health and body movement skills.
