Imagine learning to use a device for years without ever being shown how to charge it. You’d get some use out of it — but never anything close to its full power.

After more than forty years of teaching, I’ve come to believe that’s what happens to most dedicated practitioners of Qigong and Tai Chi. We learn the forms, the movements, the breathing methods. We practice faithfully, and we feel real benefit. Yet beneath every one of those exercises lies a more fundamental skill that almost no one is taught: how to build the Qi that powers the whole system.

On July 14, join me for a free online event where I’ll show you what that skill is — and why the answer to going deeper was never learning one more form.

In our hour together, I’ll walk through why so many committed practitioners plateau, what the classical masters were actually training beneath every movement, and how real internal power is built from the center of the body outward. Then I’ll guide you through Swimming Dragon Qigong — a single, flowing practice that lets you begin to feel your Qi gather and move, so it becomes something you experience directly rather than an idea you take on faith.

Whether you’ve trained with me for years or are meeting me for the first time, this hour is a doorway into the deeper work — and it stands on its own.

We begin July 14 at 4:30 PM Pacific. Can’t join live? Register anyway — you’ll have access to the recording afterward.
