“General Takes off His Boots” of the Yi Jin Jing Qigong routine is great for stretching the back of your legs. It’s a great exercise to loosen your waist and lower back. It strengthens your core muscles around your rib cage. The twisting movements are excellent to unwind tension of your spine. The outward rotating knee lift is fantastic for opening your hip joints and releasing tension in your hips and sacroiliac joints.
