Healing and Longevity Tai Chi path
This path is a gentle and beautiful path that will help you to build your health recover from injuries and illnesses and enjoy life. When I created this path, I thought about some of my students who really didn’t want to, or need to learn the entire Tai Chi long form. For some people learning the first section of Tai Chi is a perfect amount. It’s much shorter and much easier to learn than learning the entire Tai Chi form. This course is designed for people who may be still sick or recovering from a serious injury or illness and feeling a little bit weak, or you may be the type of person that you’ve never really moved that much, participated in sports or athletics, then this is a great safe place to begin. We have extra lessons that will help you to develop your balance systematically we have lessons that will help you to improve your coordination and move well. This is a very gentle course. Some people really are not sure if they can learn Tai Chi or how long it will take and they’re a little bit worried. I think that you can definitely learn Tai Chi. If you’re willing to stand up and give it a try this is the course for you. We’re going to be very easy and I’m sure that you will be able to learn Tai Chi and have a great improvement of your health.
I’ve seen many of my students over the years dramatically improve their health, recover from serious illnesses rehabilitate themselves from bad injuries like I have. Tai Chi can work these wonders in your life and this is a great place for you to start if you really need healing now.
