Two Arts. One Integrated Path.
At 10,000 Victories, we teach both Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong as complementary disciplines within a structured classical system.
Each art can be practiced independently. Together, they form a complete method for developing structural strength, internal connection, and sustainable vitality. This is traditional training adapted for modern life — without losing its depth.
Tai Chi: Structured Internal Martial Training
Tai Chi is a sophisticated internal martial art designed to cultivate alignment, balance, coordination, and efficient power.
Students in our San Rafael program train:
- The Classical Yang Family Long Form (lineage of Grandmaster Wong Jackman)
• Foundational posture and internal mechanics
• Push Hands (Tui Shou) partner training
• Traditional Tai Chi sword practice — a classical extension of the system, offered as a separate class
Tai Chi develops rooted stability, structural strength, and applied internal skill.
Qigong: Internal Cultivation and Energy Development
Qigong emphasizes breath regulation, focused awareness, and internal refinement.
Our Qigong training includes classical methods designed to:
- Improve circulation and vitality
• Support nervous system regulation
• Develop internal strength
• Enhance clarity and recovery
Where Tai Chi refines structure and movement, Qigong deepens internal awareness and energetic balance.
Why Many Students Study Both
Tai Chi builds structural integrity and applied internal mechanics.
Qigong strengthens internal regulation and breath-based cultivation.
Together, they create a balanced training system — external structure and internal refinement working in harmony.
Many of our San Rafael students choose to combine both programs through our integrated training option.
Over time, students often describe the result simply: improved health, clearer energy, and a steadier foundation for daily happiness.
