Join our 7-day Focus Challenge to start the new year with mindfulness and self-improvement. This journey includes:
- Choose a 10-minute (minimum) daily practice – Tai Chi, Qigong exercises, or Kung Fu arts like Shaolin, Xingyi, or Bagua. Commit to your chosen focus area for 7 days.
- Cultivate calm with 3 minutes of focused breathing at least 3 times daily. Optional morning meditations are M-F at 7am and weekends at 11am on Zoom.
- Stay hydrated by drinking 8 glasses of water (8 oz each) per day. Customize to your needs and maintain this hydration goal throughout the week.
