

Xing Yi Quan is a classical or traditional Chinese martial art or style of Kung Fu. Our Xiing Yi Quan is from the lineages of Grand Masters Wong Jackman, Liang Ke Quan, and Liu Wan Fu. Our Head Instructor is Sifu Scott Jensen. Xing Yi Quan is a power punching style with an emphasis on developing will power and intention. Xing Yi Quan is practical for sparring and self defense, but has few weapons forms.
