The lessons in this series give more detailed and deeper instruction in one specific focus area for the entire sequence of exercises. This allows you to focus continuously throughout your practice session on developing one aspect of your skill in every exercise. You will surely make rapid progress improving your Yijinjing Qigong skill while becoming incredibly healthy and fit.

Arms and Shoulders Focus
In this program, “Yijinjing Level 2 – Arms and Shoulders Focus” we focus on improving your technical skill in all aspects of the arms and shoulders in every exercise of the Yijinjing. This also includes a detailed look at the formation of the hand positions and the specific actions of the hands.
This Yijinjing Level 2 lesson will focus on improving your:
- Proper arm alignment
- Correct hand positioning
- Structural integrity of arm movements
- Enhancing Blood circulation to warm your hands
