Susanna Solomon is one of our thoughtful and committed Tai Chi students. A sharp-minded and creative writer, Susanna brings the same intelligence and focus to her Tai Chi training that she brings to her craft as an author.

Following an injury—a broken knee and sore arm—Susanna turned to Tai Chi with Sifu Jensen as part of her healing journey. Through steady, mindful practice, she has rebuilt her strength, improved her balance, and regained her confidence. She now trains in both the traditional Tai Chi form and Tai Chi sword, moving with grace, clarity, and purpose.
