As the sun was setting, Sifu Scott Jensen was inspired to move through the Tai Chi form (section 1) with the sound of the ocean and the warmth of the evening light. Practicing on the soft sand adds a unique challenge — strengthening the legs, deepening balance, and connecting the body more fully with the earth.
